The Epping Coolstore is a $4m purpose built cold storage facility located in the Epping industrial precinct adjacent Cooper Street and within close proximity of the new Melbourne Market. 

Having outgrown their existing facility, Donnan Q was engaged by Kapiris Brothers to provide a modern design and construct solution for their relocation from an existing facility to a new larger and more suitably located property to cater for their business growth. 

The new facility comprises a number of separate cool room storage areas kept at varying temperatures to cater for a variety of fruit and vegetables. The site also provides first floor offices, off street staff parking and a generous loading bay area.
