A Donnan Client wanted a new lease of life in a well situated penthouse apartment on the Gold Cost. Access to the unit was extremely tight, with the 30 plus year old building not suited to modern furnishings and fittings. Donnan Q developed the initial design brief and completed the job within time to allow the Client to enjoy Christmas on the coast.
