Retail First urgently needed to find a home for its satellite company, Pop-Up First, which controlled the temporary kiosks in the extensive Yu Feng shopping centres. The site chosen was in a busy hub of the Toowong Shopping Centre adjacent to an active gym and multiple retail outlets.

Keeping disturbance to the existing tenants to a minimum, Donnan successfully completed the project within Retail First’s timeline and budget constraints.
