“We have to move that wall” was the JBS project Brief for the Boning Room Expansion required for its Pt Wakefield Abattoir. The Pork Processing plant had been extended several times but the boning Facility had become landlocked. Donnan worked with JBS to provide a complete Building Scope for Refrigeration, Mechanical and Electrical services that would be required to fit around the expanded process line.

The process was further complicated by the strict need not to interrupt the existing Boning line. Services, with all works being done either at night or on weekends.
